This photograph of Jimi Hendrix was made the evening of February 18, 1968. It was the second of his two shows that day at The Music Hall in Houston, Texas. The opening acts included The Soft Machine and The Moving Sidewalks, a local Houston band featuring Lee High School Senior Billy F. Gibbons on lead guitar.

The original negative has been scanned, and I will make the print myself on archival Baryta paper which gives the deep D-Max once only associated with the original fiber based papers we used to use in the darkroom. It is signed "in verso" and comes with a certificate of authenticity which features a reproduction of the original ticket stub.
